Educating and providing support
There’s no single shape trauma takes, and no one way it unfolds. For some, it’s tied to specific, devastating events. For others, it’s built quietly over time. In both cases, the impact is real, and the effects can last long after the moment has passed.
That’s why awareness matters. PTSD isn’t always easy to recognize—even for the person experiencing it. But when we understand how it works and who it touches, we make space for better conversations, better support, and better care.
