No. The intake and SmartMatch process are completely free and fully confidential. You only pay for the sessions you choose to attend with your counsellor. A cancellation fee may apply.
Yes. You can choose the format that works best for you — in person, virtually (video), or by phone. Many of our counsellors also offer appointments in the evening and on weekends.
The cost for services with a social worker or counsellor is $160.00/hour. The cost for psychological services is $225.00/hour.
Services may be covered through your health insurance plan. We recommend you contact your health insurance provider to confirm whether your coverage includes social workers, counsellors, or psychologists.
All SAGE professionals are Master’s-level and certified through their respective regulatory associations. SAGE prides itself on matching each client with the professional best suited to their clinical needs.
